My personal experience with Dr. ColorChip on my Granite Green Metallic ( basically gray-green metallic).

It "helped" but was not a grand slam or even a regular home run. It made some chips unnoticeable, and made most other less noticeable, but did not make any completely invisible when inspected closely.

I think this is typical results with metallics. I have heard of better experience with solid colors.

My recommendation, because it's relatively cheap and easy, and risk free ( test on an inconspicuous spot), to go ahead and try it.

Congrats to the new parents. Was it a boy or a girl ?

Is anybody heading from Wake Zone to see the Ingram Collection?

I'm considering Ingram. Have not seen it before. Think there would be any problem bringing a kid or two?

Is there an official post about this event somewhere?

UPDATE: Details on Hurricane calendar here:
http://hur.pca.org/Calendar.php

More details:
Here are also some rules that must be followed in the museum itself:

1. No Photography
2. No children under 18
3. No touching of cars
4. PCA Membership card required for entry

I thought this was last month.

So how big is the collection and what kind of cars does he have?

Technically speaking Bruce, your father doesn't need to be a PCA member, he just needs a member card to show at the door. If I lived closer, he could borrow mine - or if I decide to go he can borrow it. He and I could take turns being me.

So, given the choice of C&C followed by Brier Creek, or the Ingram collection, which is worth seeing?

I've got to admit that I'm not wildly enthusiastic about going to see a collection of cars if I cannot photograph them.

My opinion Wayne - you can see Brier Creek every month, the Ingram collection maybe once a year along with lots of Porsches parked outside to photograph. Brightleaf Square is across the street in case you stay long enough for lunch. It's worth the drive to Durham to see it, at least once.

Okay, good to know. Are you guys going to WZ first, or heading there directly?
