I just wanted to add a small note since I have done this change.

My idle as smoothed out. Before it would fluctuate between 600~700, now it stays at 700. In fact sometimes before the change the idle would dip way down then back up again, but this was intermittent and no codes were found. if I ran the A/C it bumped the idle up to 800 and no idle issues occured.

With that said, it doesn't mean that I will get in the car tomorrow and not have the idle fluctuate again, but the times I have driven it since the mod I have not noticed it and before it would of happened by now.

No.

You will only need to move the brackets from the 3.4 cans to the 3.6 cans for them to fit, that's it and enjoy

Bernie: First I'm glad to read that you got the mufflers o.k. and that you are already modding them. I would not recommend the K&N intake based on the comments I heave read here. On my previous C4S I installed the evoms V-flow air intake and the combination of the exhaust with the air intake sounds awesome!!

Nothing needs to be disconnected, you are only replacing the mufflers.

You will see that the bracket is the same except for the bolt pattern.

The bolt pattern for the brackets off the 3.6L cans are different than the patterns for the 3.4 cans. You need to trade the brackets off the 3.6 for yours off your stock mufflers....that's the only thing that has to be done. You might have a bit of trouble trying to get the exhaust tips to line up and match....that was the most difficult part of the whole dogone thing.
