Call and place the order and they will give you the right filter.

Oh, man, I thought they were like "backing plates" and needed to be mounted "behind" the OEM pedals! No wonder it took me 14 hours to install them!

That's really interesting Tim....I'm sure that's the correct way of doing it.....I think you're right....they are backing plates!! What other mods have you done to your car? I'd like to see how you installed the Cool Air Induction system....did you roof mount the cone filter to maximize intake?

Nah, the roof mount for the Cool Air Intake looks tacky. I did the hood scoop!

I am really glad you asked what other mods I have done. I just got the car back from the paint shop. Since I plan to do a little "off roading" in her, I had to do a few custom mods.

1. Installed 13" wheels
2. Installed big rubber to absorb the rock impacts better
3. Raised her up by 10"
4. Installed the Quad Light bar above the windshield
5. Installed the hood scoop for the Cool Air Intake (I went with the smaller hood scoop because I didn't want it to be too ostentatious)
6. Installed some side pipe mufflers
7. Custom paint job.

Here are the "before" and "after" pics. What do you think? Pretty neat, huh?

I have been awaiting your response to my "mods." I thought you would get a good "Chuck-le" out of that one!

For some reason it doesn't corner as well as it used to corner. It must be the flames which are causing the imbalance!

Wait no more. Speed Demon dropped off the goods yesterday, and I returned them to him today, all modded-up. He is going to have his cousin-in-law install them tomorrow.
What a gorgeous car he has. That speed yellow with the aerokit is simply stunning! Now, it will sound as good as it looks!

Darin, thanks so much for doing the mod so fast and it looks great

Yes everyone I will do the muffler swap tomorrow and will put an update on here ASAP once I stop driving the car

A big thanks goes out to 'lamesacarrera' (aka Jason) for hooking me up with the mufflers which came of his car. Jason you are the man

Geezzz Speed....nothing like dragging this whole scenario out.....you should have been a movie director building up the suspense.....for the MOD MONSTER! Now you, me, and Darin can get together and compare notes....Darin has a 993 IIRC...??
