Some dealers will tell you built date. Hopefully is an early car. Good luck

My build date sticker is likewise missing. Weird.

My 7/98 build ends in 623233 so your number would indicate an early build.

Picked up my first Porsche a few weeks ago, a '99 c2 cabriolet and I'm in love! My build sticker says 1/99. Happy to be in the 99 gang here. 😎

Still LOVING my 02/98 build. 3.8l with some extra goodies inside and Elephant Racing suspension. Budget GT3.

I also have a 1/99 cab! Mine is triple black. Had it since Dec 2016 and it’s been a great car.

Speaking of amber lenses, I love how the ocean blue really brings out the amber.

Same here, triple black! The PO changed the side markers to clear but I've been contemplating putting them back, I think the amber on black is just gorgeous!

I'd vote for putting them back. Early build - Loud and proud!

Early builds must have Ambers no matter if visually pleasing or not. LOL. I resisted on my white car

I also have clear, that’s funny. I wonder if we have the same car, lol. I have full leather, heated seats, and an LSD. Otherwise pretty standard and 69k miles.

Close but no cigar! I'm at 67k miles and about as base as it gets, best I can tell. At least I got the option that puts the steering wheel on the correct side.
