As far as the fitting bends, yeah, it’s not optimal but one benefit of the dry sump is being able to change the operating pressure to make up for loss in various areas, this is not a cure all for bad design but I should be OK with what I’m thinking for fittings and length of line for now. If adjustment at the pump through spring adjustments doesn’t get there then going to a smaller pulley is another option.

If the cooler is plumbed into the existing cooling system the water hose routing could be tricky. If I remember correctly the radiator return is on the passenger side .There is a lot of real estate in the bumper area .Where does the oil tank go ?

Exit
The oil tank is up front... somewhere. I am back to trying to make the frunk work but not committed yet so stay tuned on that front.

Not on the 3.4l its not. I would blow off the output hose of the wp when i was tracking that motor. The output of the wp pump deff exits in the pass side of the car and travels foward. The output in the rads comes back on the drivers side and hits the t-stat and back into the motor.

You guys are so much smarter than me - I think I like the idea of the radiator out being on the passenger side better - I think this would allow me to mount the cooler inside the ending bay...Like if the expansion tank was on the passenger side..there.

It doesnt really matter for the ls swap. U can direct the flow in either direction. U just need to set the wp in and out correctly. The hoses and pipes r similar diameters on both return and suply

Air filter is an up in the air problem - I know I don't want to run a pipe over the headers, so the cooler in this position won't impact placement.
I have some ideas... some of them are a bit wacky.
