What's the size? Is this a Lowes/Home Depot thing?

I found this size to work the best. I found it at Home Depot but I’m sure Lowe’s or any hardware store will have a version that will work.

Eh, pretty nice piece if you use a fresh $6 Porsche bracket to put the $2 brass coupling into it.

I have seen the bracket break too often and all gets against the belt and causes more issues than a coolant leak.

The plastic is not a high quality and has no glass filler or other strengthening hence the reason it breaks so often.

I still recommend the URO Aluminum piece for $15-$20 bucks, no labor involved and will last a lifetime.

What's the price of the UAOS-CFN? Website has on back order and doesn't list a price.

Well, finally had a chance to test my AOS. Huge thanks to Aaron (De Jeeper) for helping me with this. Definitely need to address it. Do I get a prize for the higher reading? Skip - you'll be getting a PM shortly!

That’s not bad if you’re at a higher elevation.
But it is borderline.
Changing to the UAOS is always a great idea!!

Does your cap have that tiny extra hole drilled into it? I bought another cap, drill bit for the idle size, and the plugs, I just haven't been in a position to use it. I need to get a barb fitting too.

We tested this in Delaware so hardly much elevation. Even at elevation this would seem like a sky high number. Regardless, it's the next job on the list.

Assuming I understand the test correctly, that hole he has us drill would likely alter or lower those readings somewhat.

That .110 precision hole is for testing blow-by "positive pressure" with AOS disconnected and plugged. See "Engine Health blow-by test" thread..

That -60.9 inh2o is extremely high and definitely indicates a severe failure of the AOS..
