Not my 993, but helped my buddy finish fab and install this new 304 stainless engine deck grill.

Will this facilitate enough proper airflow to the engine?

^Jacob, Are you going to paint the calipers? If so what color?

Yes, the next part of this will be a cosmetic refresh/restoration video. Painting them with G2 caliper paint. After some debate, I'm sticking with red!

Jacob,

Nice job! Thanks for pulling this together. Looking forward to the next two segments. The G2 caliper paint is great for mounted calipers, but since you calipers are already off why not strip them down with Aircraft stripper and repaint with a few rattle cans of VHT. You'll get a much more even application. Also - if you're a purist and don't want to apply decals, Rennline carries the Porsche stencils (you won't find them on their website).

I removed my RS tail. I've had it in place for almost a decade. I installed it because I thought it was cool, but these days with all the interest in originality and authenticity I figured I would revert it back to the OEM retractable. It sure was a lot easier taking all that mechanism off compared to remembering how it all went back together. It's a nice change, though. We'll see how long I can live with it.

Looks clean BradB .^^

Did the same thing myself just last week. Love the classic look without the rs spoiler.

Also, thanks to P-daddy's thread,
https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...oiler-mod.html
I now have FULL control of the retractable spoiler. "Muuuahahahahaaa.."
