There is a technique with putting in a bag with hydrogen peroxide and placing in the sun that will bring them clear again. Possibly do a quick search

Did you buy just the lens? Where did you get them? Did you also replace the gasket? I'm about to replace mine. Thanks

Now finish the details of the job and get the rubber cover that goes over the micro switch for the door light;just below the accordian wire harness boot and just above the repaired door check strap in the photo.

Thanks for the tip. I didn't know the cover existed since the passenger side is missing it also. I'll order two!

Thanks for the tip. Stopped by a hair salon place and picked up a 12% Hydroxygen peroxide cream and some oxyclean from Walmart. Got the yellow plastic out of the lens. Ready to mix a batch of rejuvenating juice for the plastic's sunbath tomorrow. we'll see if this works.

Just got some sticky 200tw tires for the autocross season. Was also able to pick up a set of 17s locally which is pretty amazing considering I live in Montana. Federal 595 rs-rr 225/45r17 255/40r17

You may also want to consider applying a sealant or wax to the part after treatment, to prevent future yellowing due to UV/oxidation.

I gave that a go before buying a new set - I just couldn't get them clean enough

I got them from EBay - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Porsche-99.../112377744138?

Came within a couple of days and has the rubber gasket - although the gasket did need trimming down in places as it was too tight to fit correctly

Are the lenses pretty easy to install and removing the old ones? Just snap the old ones off at the clips? Thanks
