Swapped out my Cup II's for HRE 305Ms on Continental ExtremContact Sports. Ride height will be corrected soon with M033 springs and Koni Active Shocks. The difference between the Pirellis and the Continentals is pretty significant.

Default Wiper Blade Giude

Did I install the wiper blade guide at the correct location? I installed it on the passenger side wiper. Where is it supposed to be, 1, 2, or 3? I have it on location 2.

Thanks! I'll definitely post more pics once the suspension is done.

Is this guide really necessary?

There should be only one location with an oval. Looks like yours is installed on the wrong arm.

I found out that Crossmate2 does not offer the rear wheel size tire in 17". That's disappointing because I wanted to use them as my bad winter weather tires.

Thank you for your quick reply with a photo.
I checked my Pelican receipts and apparently I purchsed Bosch version not the Porsche version!
I will get the original Porsche wipers next time for a proper fit.
By the way the Porsche wipers look better if I may say so.

Yup. Agreed. I'm going to do the same. Get Porsche wipers. The Bosch ones don't conform to the driver side glass perfectly.

Definitely not necessary because I drove without it for18 months (17,300 miles without the guide) without any problems in all weather situations, rain, sleet, snow, freezing rain, and small hails(1/4").
But it helped me to adjust the gap between the passenger side wiper and the driver side wiper and it is a cheap and quick item to clear off my list of things to do.
Thank you.
ps. only original Porsche wipers have the correct oval opening for the guide. Bosch wipers will do but not customized for the guide.

I tried to go with a home made version and this is what I have. Better than before but not satisfied.
One trick I used was to make the holes for the studs adjustable.

[QUOTE=red64chevelle;17477470]I replaced the ballast resistor for the AC fan and cleaned the inside lenses on the headlights. The pictures above motivated me to clean them.

Other than a visual inspection, how can you tell anything is wrong?
My blower stops blowing randomly.
Is this the fix for the problem?
Thanks
