Those wheels are 18" Kinesis Supercup. They use the smaller centers however.

Why do I get the feeling this could turn into a soap opera?

Maybe the lack of updates and communication with interested buyers will lead to that? Just a hunch. Throw out the bait and hook and then turn away to see who bites?

Ok, Here we go. Carfax as promised, and addl pictures as requested. And Im sorry for the delay. I have this car Im trying to sell. And a 2 year old boy, a company to run, the holidays, my clients, pops obviously, the 30 rent houses this situation has now dropped in my lap, his lake house 3 more cars to sell and a boat (if you know anyone looking for a 38' Searay that hasent been started in 10 years.)

Ive been all over it this morning, not scratch or ding that I can find at any rate.

Im prolly going to be looking at a fair price of 60sih. But as busy as I am easy is going to be worth a lot to me. Best as I can figure a realistic estimate of mileage about 50K based on his last few years of driving it.

Anyone with serious interest in the 60K range feel free to call me to discuss.

336-682-0787, Ill be around with some spare time to talk later this afternoon or tomorrow.

In hind sight I might have just been better off on ebay. I got 1 car and many people wanting it. So no matter what I do im afraid im bound at this point to **** someone off.

But here she is.

Edit : And there is a bit of plastic missing on the fan shroud. Why? I have no clue. And the car fax shows it was registered to his company first then he moved it to his name, don't know why he did that either.

Carfax

Well if you have 18K plus posts you should know the protocol...just process in order received...if someone was further down list and is pissed off they do not get the car tough luck...that's life. It seems JD was first and if you search you will clearly see he has the resources to make a quick transaction and is very straightforward. I have no horse in any of this but I just hate to see some of the stuff that goes on here from time to time. If the car checks out it was underpriced but like you say if you want a quick and easy transaction you need to come in under market price. And if you think you would be better off on EBAY...please...by and large anyone who has been on Rennlist for awhile and made more than a few posts if going to be much more enjoyable to deal with than someone who just signed up to chase this car or comes to you through EBAY.

Not that unusual...they do crack and it is an easy fix. I think the part number is 99310640300 and last time I saw a price it was under $35. Any decent 993 Rennlist forum participant will know this and not consider it a big deal...meaning they can deal with it after getting the car.

As was said before, just talk to people in the order they queued up. You have a list of people lined up to buy a car, how could it be any easier? (and no fees...).

Cheers,

Mike

As is $55k.

You can mess about on ebay in hopes of 60k but you will have listing fees, seller fees and tire kickers.

Id say dump it to a Rennlister for a quick $55K or best offer closest to it..

If i didnt have two 993 porsches already, i would be asking for your bank wiring info

The car's worth over $60k if it checks out...easy.

As far as read this thread, the seller has acted perfectly and those complaining need to chill. It's been three freaking days since he posted and there's a holiday baked in there. Geez.

I have sold quite a few cars in the past;

Everyone is a buyer and wants the car, until it comes time to pay:

"have to ask the wife"

"waiting for my car loan"

"need to sell my other car"

A word of advice - the 1st guy that comes to the table with real $, is worth a lot more than hoping for a few extra dollars from all of the pretenders

I'd contact the people, in order, who sent you a PM and let them know the new price. Then let them decide if they want it. I bet you one will want this car for $60,000.
