It is really nice to keep another 993 within the rennlist community.
Best wishes to the OP and his father. From his description of the unwinding of asset holdings, I think this 993 is a drop in the bucket.
Regarding the back and forth discussions of what the value of the car should be, why not look to the posts in the very first thread of this forum about actual purchase transactions that have taken place. Real transactions between a willing buyer and seller. That is the real market indicator.
And I would encourage everyone who buys a 993 to take the 5 minutes to add their transaction to the very first thread in this forum so the data base can be more robust.

It is a done deal. I'm away from home for a few more weeks so I won't be shipping it or driving it home until then... I'll post updates as they happen and I'll let everyone here know what I decide to do with my Red C2S. I may keep it or I have many, many, many interested parties here (of which there is a list of who has contacted me and in what order!)...
