Default Service suggestions for my 30k mile 993?

Im on my second year with my new to me 993 C4S.

I know it is due for oil change as i bought it serviced with 42000kms and now i have 47000kms (canadian car).

What should i consider this time around so that i do not over look anything?

I have only changed the tires, battery and wiper blades to date

Car is awesome!

Do the 30,000 service suggested in the Owner's Manual--then look at obvious items like belts, valve cover seals, a couple of plugs, bulbs, etc.

Just did it last weekend to my C4S....
All belts
All fluids
All filters
Plugs
Caps & rotors

Cost me around $900 for all parts & fluids.

Take a look at these two posts. I did nearly everyting except tackling the SAI cleanout (not done yet) and the spark plug replacement (had an indy do that one). Do not replace the power steering belt....too hard and they last until your next clutch job.

DIY rocks and is great fun and exasperation.

5000km is hardly indicative of needing an oil change.

2 years and no oil change, send it out for analysis it will come back full of fuel and H2O. Change it every 12 months.

Meh, I'm not convinced you'd see dilution in meaningful quantities.

Changing the SAI valve is as difficult as changing the PS belt with the engine in the car.Am I wrong?

I always seen it as contamination rather then dilution, but thats way beyond my scope.

Yes, you are wrong. Just requires the modified 1" crows foot socket and the removal of both inner and outer sections of the air filter assy.
