I got me a can of XENIT over the weekend! We'll see how good the stuff is tomorrow when I call in over at 9M!
May also be able to reveal the outcome about some nice shiney replacement mufflers with large ovals! - got to get some new heat sheilds as well.
See what you guys have started now - I'll be ruined!!!

How much of the interior is being converted to leather? This is exactly what I would like to do to my interior....now if I can only find a place to do the conversion in Southern California:-)

The interior has all new carpets throughout including the door bins - then the dashboard top, knee crash pad and glove box, centre-console section, parking/handbrake, shift ****, door cards, door handle/pulls, sill cover (translate 'rocker cover' I think!!) and the seats of course.
All nice fresh black hide with the contrasting stitching. The centre section of the dash, seat centres and mid section (by your elbow) on the door cards in softer black alcantara!
New plastics for speaker covers and trim surrounds as required!
Sweet I hope! Pictures.............to follow!

Drifting
The angle of the slope steepens and grows even more slippery as this project progresses!! It's just like my clients or even myself as we renovate a room or two to the home. How far do you take it as look at the adjacent rooms and compare etc, etc.

Hi boys, have you missed us?
It was back to the ranch today for Marc today whilst I spent some time out of the office on business, so without wasting any time getting back up to speed the lads in Panelcraft spent all day flatting off & machine polishing the now fully hardened laquer, but by the time I dropped into work at close of play I only just managed to catch the end of the job on camera.
I'll be post some photos of the newly polished finish in the morning, hopefully with a bit of spring sunshine to properly show off the colour!

Nice build!! I have been thinking about doing the widebody conversion too but I think I will fiddle with the engine first… =)
Question: do you have a photo of the heat shield fabrics that attach to the bars holding the rear bumber. (see photo).
I am not sure which part number this is. I need to order new ones.
Thanks!
Juha
