Alf-- I downloaded your handiwork. No joke ... decapitated.
For a shot of Alf I just posted with same car, see his "PICS: Monterey/Laguna Seca 2009 REWIND...." thread.

Dan-- Welcome back to the thread!
Dont'cha think black bumperettes provide the proper contrast to the black centers of your friend's new 19" Fuchs wheels?
Unrelated cross-post: photographed in Monterey, CA...

I like black bumperettes on the back of North American 993s. Makes a nice "home" for our narrower plates and the black goes with much of the trim (particulaly on the coupes with their black window surrounds etc.). Of course, that's just what I like.

Nice car.
Are you still looking after the RS magazine #18?
If yes, give me your email adress (I don't know how to send a PM), and you could receive it before christmas...

Lucio-- Really appreciate the offer, as well as your kind compliment.
Ironically, the day before your post I sent a PM to Rennlister Speedsterman, who had offered both mags! You guys rock
I'll update my signature block when they arrive. In the meantime, please let me know if you're aware of any other publications featuring 993 Speedsters, other than those mentioned here or on the "Speedster type 993 photo thread."

^^ Lucio-- Any chance you're fluent in French? If you'd consider e-mailing me a translation, that would be most magnificent
With my lacking skillz, takes a LOT time & pain to get it done -
