^^ Welcome to the party, sir -- enjoy the ride
Cross-post from JoAnne's "The Post Pics of 356's Here Thread!!!!!", of Speedsters leading a turn on the Laguna Seca Raceway...
IIRC, I unexpectedly ran across this shot on the inter-webz. Photo credit goes simply to a Brent.
If anyone runs across Brent in your electronic wanderings, please thank this outstanding netizen.
Whose 993's rounding the back corner?

Is that a recent picture? All I can hear outside is the sloshing of rain as cars drive past. Can't see much for the misty rain and blackness of the winter evening Oh so I hate the winter months!
Graham - in a cold wet south Manchester (UK)!

No, sir, that's from August, when it was sunny & probably in the 70s. (Happens to be the same photo shoot featured in the post where I first linked to your Speedster thread.) Now it's sunny & in the 60s; I can't complain.
You're doing very well, perfominng your build in the winter; just means you'll enjoy it all the more in the summer! As Porsche states in the owner's manual, I "wish you many sunny days, many miles of pleasurable driving in the open air"!
P.S. A tip, from my geeking out on RL ... took me a long time to learn:
The easiest way to find the original source of a quote is to click the ">" icon. That's a direct link to the orginal post, including its date.
For example, if you click the "" icon above the following photo, it should take you to post #96 of the "Monterey '09 photo thread: Laguna, Pebble, Quail, etc" - shared August 14, when the above photo was, too.
Hopefully helpful!
