19" 997 Sport Design Wheels on my C4S. I have yet to see them on another 993 but I thought they would look good.

I have seen them in person...they fill the wheel wells really well. The funny thing is, after you look at this car for a while, going back to a 18" wheels looks anemic...very strange (never mind the paltry 17" Targa wheels on my car). Louis carefully picked the spacer's etc. so the fit is pretty tight. We had the car on the lift, inside clearances are fine but its pretty close to the outside edge of the rubber and the fender. I am sure he will get it right with a bit of fiddling ; the car looks nice and agressive.
Nice job!
Cheers,
Mike

Thanks Mike. I'm still debating whether or not the car needs to be lowered a bit more.
I know what you mean about the 18s. I'm no fan of 17s but I've been on the fence about 19s for some time. I don't think they look right on NB cars but WB cars with 19" RUF or TechArt wheels look hot.
These are simply bling street wheels. I'm searching for a set of light 18s for track and I still have a set of 17" cups that I'm planning on using over the winter.

They look great! This wheel is something I have been considering, of course, painted dark dark grey or black
Did you have to space the rears out at all?

LJ,
Looks great - I almost thought it was a 997 at first glance, which tells you how much I/we identify cars by their wheels.
I've seen a couple 993s with 19" Lobsters which also looks good/aggressive.

Louis, they look beautiful. I've always loved the contrast of the silver wheels against a black car.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Chris: Interestingly, I'm considering getting them refinished in "hyper black" which in essence is a thin layer of black paint on top of the silver finish. In the shade they look almost black but when light hits them, it highlights the silver. Unfortunately, yes, spacers were required.
Matt: The split grille is in cue buddy...

What size tires did you put on the car? And I agree with the comment that after a while the 19" wheels look just about right, but at first glance they seem too big.

IIRC, you posted some time ago that you're running 25s in the rear too. I think this is the way to go in the rear for anyone running 19's.

I think that 19's look great on the 993, even on an NB. I have a set of 18's TTwists that I plan to use for competitive purposes until I can source some super light forged hoops probably this winter. Cool weels!!
