Thanks Will. I can only assume they'll be arriving any day now.

Too big imo. They trade the nibleness of the 993 for the slab look of the later cars. Not my cup of tea.

Louis!

Yeah I did end up selling my wheels. But I have to say, your new wheels looks absolutely stunning. You have definitely gotten me thinking again.

I think you should paint your wheels hyper black.

One question, what is the offset of the wheels and what size spacer did you use on the rears? I'm basically trying to figure out if these would fit a narrow body (darn my skinny hips).

Default Looks great Louis

I also like the stealth look of the concept black chrome mock up you did. I've passed by a beautiful blue (Zenith or Turquoise) 993 parked in the heart of Lotusland with black rims this morning on the way to work. Have you seen this car?

Thanks. Strange, I live downtown and have never seen that car. Was it a coupe?

Yes it was...mind you it was from a distance and I was driving so I'm assuming it was a 993. I have to admit that from a 3/4 angle and quick glance the 997 has fooled me on a number of occasions. It was on the street, next to David Lam this morning.

I'm by David Lam but I'm at the office now. I agree, 997s can fool you from a distance, especially the front end. Definately a retro version of the 993.

I'll probably be passing by there again at lunch, I'll do a little closer drive by and see if I'm wrong. Looks like we're in the same "hood". I'll keep an eye out for you're car. I think that the combination of the rims in the darker black chrome with the existing red calipers would be very different and very cool.

Yep...still there. 993 C2S, Maritime Blue, euro foglamps, lowered with Black Techarts. Very very nice car. Anyone here own it? If so, that's one beautiful 993.

Awesome car, though I'm not crazy about the Cashmere interior. Belongs to a neighbor. It's actually Riviera Blue. If it was Maritime with Black interior, he would have an offer from me to buy it.

Sorry, Wheels don't match time period of car.

Sorry to tell you this but you sound like my grandfather only he wasn't a snob. I don't know if you noticed, but I never asked for a critique, especially from a non-paying user. I respect your opinion but please keep your negative comments to yourself.
