Bob -
I've gone through that too (well not the jet-ski/ drowing the cell-phone part) - best of luck. It sucks to go through - but always a "better thing" when finally over.
Yet another vote for a relocation to St. Louis!

Off Topic, but in Tampa???
Bob posts, "(In) Tampa for the moment." That is the home of the Bubba The Love Sponge radio show, Bubba is my main man. You need Sirius Radio to catch the show, 12 Noon to 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
If you never got out of Junior High School mentally (I didn't), the show is great entertainment for me, maybe you too. Warning, it is purient, preverted and down right vulgar...I love it! If you are easily offended, DON'T Listen!

Bob, sorry to hear that news. Good luck with getting through it as quickly as possible.
Another vote for the midwest. I'd say Central Illinois but the driving is terrible here. St. Louis is close enough. Take care.

Bob, glad to hear you are okay (relative to your current situation of course )
As another cheesey plug, we here at the coast of NC have no......wait let me rephrase NO NO NO GOOD P-car wrenches. I'm sure I have the contacts to make whatever is needed available for/to you, and I think one (YOU) could make a killing with quality work and a needie customer base. Something to consider once you work out the more important issues in your life. Best wishes.

You guys are way out of line - Bob's been here for what, a year? We're not done with him yet (he still has to do my RS clutch/LWF!) Maybe we can work out some kind of a time-share deal...

Hey Bob,
Always remember the old adage that women are like buses. There'll be another one along in 20 minutes or so..... Where ever you land I wish you the best of life. You deserve it!

Hey Bob, hang in there and best wishes. I'm in a (nearly) 100 hr/week hell with one of my businesses now, so not at all similar but amazingly taxing. Stay focused on the "big prize."

Bob, NC ain't a bad call, especially if you can get
over by the coast/shore, whatever its called. I have semi-residency in Greensboro, NC. It has a lot going for it, more than I can believe....and I have lived in Cali for a very long time. I won't bore anyone with the details....

Ditto & a 3rd vote for a return to STL. Seriously, if you have any interest, I may have a lead for you to establish a nice business here. Plenty of unmet demand & the weather, well, that does suck. Give me a call if you've still got my #. If not PM, email, or post. If you need any counsel on the legal front, just ask. I owe you some phone time.

Hey Bob,
You're in my thoughts and prayers as well. I'm sorry to hear about your current circumstances.
Keep your chin up and PM me if I can be of any assistance.

Very sorry to hear the news. Best wishes to you and I know things will fall into place for you...
North Texas is a great place... and commercial RE is cheap.
Take care.
