As far as living in Jackson Hole-couldnt do it but Jackson Hole rocks!! Its only 3.5 hrs from SLC. Same goes for Telluride.

The rat race of traffic in large cites drives me nuts. A commutte totalling any more than an hour is a waste of life. I work out of the house so I have no commutte.

If I had a choice of going back to Silicon Valley, I would probably pass. Has nothing to do with the cost of living but rather the quality of life I experience living in Utah and the mountain region. I probably spend more time on a beach than most Californians!

Nothing better than Tetons!!

Nice shot.

But ya call those mountains? This is how mountains should look. (shot this morning)

Actually you're right though, Bob would have a lot more potential business there than here.

I agree.

Bring that C4 up and we'll play.
And the guy who owns the local brew pub is a PCA club racer also.

(is that enough of these to let you know how hard your comment made me laugh?)

Yep, photoshopped by the best.

That view is up in the park, where Ansel Adams took his famous photo of the Snake and the Tetons.

But we can see the Big peaks from where we live. Very reassuring when you wake up each morning and they are still there.

All great ideas. I love to ski in the moutains outside Denver. I also LOVE Utah. Not sure where I am going to balance skiing, boating / jetskiing, and cars into one area....Would love to be 2-3 hours away from any activity depending on the time of year. Oh and they need to have lots of Porsches...

Bob,

You realize that you are now talking Sacramento. I don't think so.

Your buddy Alvin Tan can probably do that without any troubles.

Good luck.

Bob,

You have to come back to the Peninsula, Nor Cal is in your blood.

Sorry to hear of your split, however I've talked to many that have gone through the split and haven't heard many that wished they were still hooked.

Come back where you belong Old Salt.
