Folks,
Have any of you being in touch with viperbob - Bob Brooks in a past week:
I ordered suspension kit springs, Bilsteins and sways from him 3 weeks ago, and Bilstein never showed up at my door. grr...
No tracking numbers from Bob, no invoice, he doesn't answer his phone and doesn't reply to emails.
Does anyone have an alternative number or address for him? I have 650.743.6801

I have talked w/ Bob. He is going thru some tough times to put it lightly!!!! We all know he is the man whem it comes to customer service and knowledge......so give him some slack right now. Keep him in your prayers.
