It is a family issue I think, so not much we can do to help.
To those who are waiting to be served, please realize that Bob is one of the most responsible, on-the-ball, person ever. If he is not his usual 'customer-friendly' self it is because of very extenuating circumstances. I do not know what the real story is but Bob has earned the right to the benefit of a doubt in my books.
Also, no matter how customer-friendly one is, family ALWAYS comes first. Hope we can all accept and respect that. Thanks.

been gone for awhile but I just wanted to add my voice to the chorus..VB is no. 1 in my book. Probably called him a half-dozen times during the suspension group buy install process.
