Jim, I'm going to go off your post about meeting between 8-8:30am at Starbucks in Morgan Hill off of 101 at Bernal.

A friend and I might be joining the drive to the lunch spot, have lunch and then comeback home. Unfortunately we have to get back to the SB parties but still would like to do a drive before the game with you all. So if you can put 2 more down at the restaurant I'd appreciate it.

Sounds like this will be a blast. Its our first BAR run, so looking forward to seeing everyones rides.. Can someone post the times and locations? I see a note about Bernal at 830 at starbucks? Is that our launching point? Any idea on route? Thanks and looking forward to it!

Viewing Mapquest, it looks like it's west about 3/4 of a mile from the end of the offramp from the freeway.

We NEED to leave by 8:30 to get the whole drive in comfortably.There are no short cuts to take if we are late, so, please arrive on time. I will hand out directions and maps for the drive route at the start.

If you miss the start and want to meet up at the restaurant, it's on the westside of Hwy 1 right around Big Sur. Our lunch reservation is for 12:30.

I will tally the latest responses, post the names and change the reservation accordingly tomorrow. (I'm beat tonight after taking my son to the snow this weekend...)

I am going to call the restaurant tonight and make sure we do not have an upper limit. I am pretty sure were OK, but I want to make sure were not playing musical chairs at the feed-trough.

Hopefully I will have my turbo back together by Sunday...should not be an issue unless some odd part needs ordering, or something. I picked an odd week to do my annual work...Worst case, I will be in our Touareg as I am not missing this drive !!!

Jim, It's always been my dream even before I got my first porsche to drive the pacific coast highway(only in a porsche of course) thru those beatiful sights. I wish I could be there... Someday, someday... Safe drive to you folks
