If you want to meet up along the way, it will either be Hollister or Castroville. I won't know for sure until later this coming week. I need to check for mud slides on a few of the roads I want to use before I commit to any one route.

Errrrr..... Looks like we'll have the lowerst-rated Super Bowl (TV wise) in the Bay Area.

Jim Morton is a much bigger draw than the SB.

UPDATE:

I have confirmed a reservation for 15 with Nepenthe for SB Sunday (2/6) at 12:30PM. This should give us plenty of time to drive our own pace(s) and cover a wonderful route to lunch.

I am working on the route this coming weekend and will post further updates as they develop.

I have been working on my wife Nancy to come. It is our anniversary Feb 7th (35) and I have been very good to her in the "wrist accessories" dept, plus a weeekend on the coast starting with this drive. Did I leave anything out? Might as well add her. I will buy someone else's lunch if she weasels on me.
