Agreed. Both 993 and 991 are required.

Thanks for the insurance guidance, gents! I don't think I can stomach a huge annual bump, but I'll go check what AAA says. Thanks!

991 is the best looking modern, imho. 997 ain't bad, either. But I just don't like the 992 at all. It's very big and the rear doesn't have much resemblance to the original 911 anymore.

It's an amazing car. And I don't think it's a bad looking car. It has just got too far away from the real thing.

996 front is what it is... it was a colossal failure. But the 4S version has the best looking modern rear. All Porsches should have the red rear reflector. I don't understand why they got rid of it (besides the S models).

Hmm... what might be the difference between this X51-package and my 1994 sport package that has M030, sports suspension (1cm lower), limited slip and sports seats?

The price is already bananas and there's a lot of time still left.

Agreed value, no driving restrictions, OEM parts, and diminished value coverage. Reasonable prices as well.

Very cool car indeed. It's a "bargain" when you're getting 70% of the RS experience at 45% of the price.
