i probably will test one set color matched to car. The CF Paddles are nice and sturdy, I am just not a fan of the unfinished looking edges. Maybe painting them will make that disappear, worth a try.

Yeah I’m thinking I will install the larger paddles, at first too Batman but I think I will enjoy manual mode more when easily in reach.

true but at least there is some chamfer not too raw an edge. Don’t love CF either but these have an actual function vs. pure looks of stick-on DB stuff

Yep, just might try it on one of the sets and see how it looks. Will see.

Trim it along the edge like when they do window tint.

Ok folks, I ponied up and bought the EBay OEM Weissach shifters (I was part of this group buy as well) - I’m planning to do a comparison test and YT video. I don’t have a ton of spare time for the video/editing part so don’t hold your breath, and it’s coming from Europe so might be a couple weeks before it get them. Stay tuned!

Got mine but haven't attempted the install yet.... What's the verdict on the o-rings....? Need them or optional?

Optional. There’s no play or wiggle with the JQ ones. Since the OEM paddle chassis is a cast part, I wonder if the o-rings were used to make sure they work as tolerances could vary greatly.

I'm definitely interested in the aluminum ones when they are available. How do we get on the list?
