Are you guys able to change modes at higher speeds? I tried it out on the highway..won't change...around 40mph...no change...below 30mph does change.

Sorry, no idea. Mines on loud. Remotes are in a drawer somewhere in my office.

I am getting old. There's no way I'd be able to have a phone conversation if need be with the valves open.

Tested this out today, changed modes during high speed no problem. I also double side taped the controller in a handy spot for now . I’ve found the remote doesn’t like to be switched too often, maybe you were pressing the buttons rapidly ?

Ok. Will play around with it some more. Doesnt make sense it would be speed sensitive. Where did you mount the remote?

Do we think the self stick will hold over the alternator cover? I am reluctant to put holes in the cover as it’s looks like it’s there to protect the alternator from water coming in through the intakes. I may be wrong about that but wanted to get some views. Thx.

I wouldn’t worry. Alternators never have water shielding on any car, they just sit under the hood getting sprayed by road water all day long.

I don’t think the tape will hold. There are ribs on the cover that prevent the module from sitting flush. I wouldn’t worry about water hitting the alternator. Off road rigs don’t have any alternator protector and they get gunk all over the engine compartment.

Tape will not hold. The module shifted after a short drive and I used a zip tie to secure the module to the cover.

Thanks. I used a short screw into the alternator cover. Sounds fantastic.

Does anyone know if the cargraphic unit voids warranty?

I don’t see how, the controller only connects to the valves. No other connections. I suppose if the valve motors got fried somehow they could try to avoid a warranty repair.
