Cargraphic Valve Control Unit

It would be great for one of the first people to get this to photo document or video document their install. There is a video on a GT3 but the cars are not exactly the same. I would do it but a.) I am leaving on vacation this week and b.) my car just started getting built in Stuttgart!!! HAHA
BTW I just got my Fedex Notification!!!

Got mine. I was about to run out into the garage to install it until I remembered my car still looks like this, and is in Germany!
But everyone else, PLEASE post pics and instructions/observations of the installation process. TIA

I’m made some progress tonight. Tips so far: aerokit owners need to remove the wing. There are a few suitable locations to mount the unit. Alternator cover and back side of intercooler box are the most promising. I don’t see a way to mount it by the ECU like the instructions say, but that just my opinion. Car actually looks easier to work on than I thought it would. The driver side valve looks like you can disconnect from the top, passenger side looks like it’s a jack it up situation. We’ll see. alternator cover in second pic

I’m just as guilty as anyone for keeping it alive. Quite a doozy that one was. On another note, someone posted a pic in another thread that showed a grill…in…the…garage…can you believe it? I mean, get a job pal.

No, it’s not hard at all. There are a couple of
trim pieces that pop right off, then two bolts. It’s a 5min procedure. It’s also very light and easy for one person to maneuver. The worst part is realizing you are holding a 5k part..which adds a bit of anxiety.
