Got a chance to install the Cargraphic valve controller over the weekend on my C2S, along with installing a JCR valveless titanium exhaust on my buddy's C2S.

All I can say is WOW!! The valve controller alone definitely gives the best bang for the buck when it comes to the exhaust sound. I have stock PSE and it definitely makes a significant change to the loudness, and the growl of the exhaust when the valves are opened even at idle. While driving, you can finally hear the exhaust. This is what the PSE should have been from the factory.

I'll try to put together some sound clips in the next few days (it's been raining on/off and forecast doesn't look great this week). Since I was able to compare both the valve controller and my buddy's JCR valveless titanium exhaust, I can easily say I am 100% satisfied with going with just the valve controller. Not taking anything away from the JCR exhaust (the JCR gives a different exhaust note that sounds amazing as well), but the valve controller alone will give what most of us want from the exhaust sound.

The Cargraphic controller is a no brainer mod like the GT3 side skirts IMO. If you're on the fence, just do it, you won't be disappointed by it.

Will the 992 work the same way through the PCM?

@SupremePower can you confirm?
We have had other applications w the cargraphic valve controller successfully program to the homelink

Yes, I have it with my Cayman. But the issue with the 992 is that if I program more than one remote, then the physical buttons just bring up the Homelink menu, then you use the touch screen to actually activate Homelink. Seems too annoying of a process. I like my physical Homelink buttons better and find myself turning the exhaust on/off frequently, like when I get a phone call or something.

Can confirm the homelink works as a replacement to the remote, I used two profiles to achieve open and closed.

Cool. Thanks for posting this. How easy and convenient would it be to use this all the time? (I'm asking because I don't have my car yet )

Super easy to use this way, I setup my spare diamond toggle as my homelink and that pops up on the main screen offering the three options as seen.

Not bad. Not as easy as physical homelink buttons, but that's technological progress for ya.

Default Job done

Just finished fitting the ASR system to my GTS.

Almost managed without any lift, had to use some plastic race ramps to help get my big, fat head underneath enough to access the valve connectors.

Point to note is how these connectors clip off: after pulling the grey tab outwards you have to then move the grey small clip downwards towards the body of the plug itself so that it lifts away from the female side allowing it all to slip apart.

Feeding the wiring down wasn’t terribly tricky nor was securing the module to the top of the alternator cover (had to use extra 3M adhesive tape to really secure it).

doing it again would probs only take 45 mins or so given most of my time was spent fighting the connectors, particularly the driver’s side (passenger on US car) which is tightly placed against another heat shield.

Car sounds great now, well worth it.
