I think ADMs have dropped, no? Reading more and more people say they’re getting 911s at MSRP (granted some are waiting 1+ year for it). But also, I remember when they were charging 30k+ for GTS and now it’s 10-15k at most. I remember even a few months ago, when my dealer said 3 incoming 911s cancelled their order last minute and they tried to sell me one of them. It also took the sting out of ADMs that Porsche increased MSRP prices for 2024 MY.

Anecdotally, guys on mbworld are reporting declining ADMs and softer preowned pricing for G-Wagens. New car inventory is building, used car pricing is softening across the board. Hotspots as always remain, geographically and for selected models (e.g. Lambo Revuelto, among others).

G-Wagon market crashed a long time ago. But yes, car market has dropped for sure and while it hasn’t affected Porsche as much given the limited number of allocations, the combination of *relatively* lower demand and increased MSRP has resulted in lower/no ADM depending on the dealer and geographic location.

I am very happy to report that I found my bottle of Drakkar from 1991. I gently applied it, and went to my closet Porsche dealer. Literally after stepping into the showroom, the sales manager reduced the ADM by $1.00! He was was mesmerized by my offroad Drakkar aroma desires! I suggest others looking for the “Drakkar ADM reducing effect” to try this immediately today. PROVEN TO WORK!

My MY23 911 build was cheaper with ADM included than the same build on a MY24. I closed the deal a day before the price increase was published.

Thereabouts; depends on the model and options. My MY23 C2S Coupe build was $167,890 plus $6,500 ADM for a total of $174,390 before TT&L. The same build on a MY24 post price increase is now $176,350.

Probably if low miles (say under 7k), great condition, and desirable options.

FWIW: I paid $800 over original MSRP for a 22 back in March with less than 6K miles.

And most MY24 buyers will get adm tacked on top of the already increased price. Nothing is going down, only up and up.

You must have Ray Bans on when slathering on Drakkar Noir. And at least 50 percent window tint.

There is always a point where the consumers as a general group will fold up the wallet and pass on a purchase or consider the other alternatives.
This rapid price escalation would not seem to be the best game plan with a company looking to significantly increase their unit sales but what do I know.
