Not that I really trust a car dealer, but mine said ADM has been dropped on base and S models over the last couple of months (for coupes, at least).
A dealer in CA listed a couple of new cars at MSRP. I assume it was legit. And hopefully not just a year end thing.

just visited local dealer today and they have several 992 variants that has been sitting for a while and the GM admitted that the market got much softer the past month
not really sure why people are surprised , things correct with time , this cycle because of covid and government spending has lasted longer than previous cycles and what a lot of people predicted including myself but it is starting to correct
the only question left is how deep is the correction and how the prices will settle down considering the 20 % or so inflation that we have had the past couple of years

On a related note? Just another anecdote...
I got a call a couple weeks ago from a dealership in CT. I asked the guy when he last contacted me. "Oh, about a year ago..."
I basically blew him off. I got another call from him this week. Seems like something may be changing a little...

Dealers never want ADMs to go away plus…..selling at MSRP is a profit insulator……
only thing at the moment that can be done by buyers is ask for free stuff as part of a deal if you get a mSRP car - mats, maintenance contract, PpF, license frames, side markers, apparel, air gauges…in the old days I.e. 8% was a minimum discount…..no matter the car….days gone by….

I’ve experienced quotes (Los Angeles area) from dealers with ADM’s under 5k. I’ve also noticed in the last 8 days that the inventory has dropped slightly (140 to 132) when it had been going up. Likely at the end of the 992.1 cycle.
Feedback from dealers has the .2 still at 15k but one conversation in passing was the .2 demand is not as strong as he thought. Just one data point on the .2 but maybe the seasoned buyer is waiting for some real world .2 data.

I got a call last week from a dealership I called 3 years ago about a Targa...they offered me one (coming in August - not configurable) if I leased a base Macan for 24 months and then the salesman claimed they would pull forward the lease when the 911 came in. The Dealers are still at it with their stupid games, but it seems like the 30K ADM thing has softened. I already got my Targa in December so I basically told the guy to pound sand and not to call me again.

Either way, someone said it best IMO, Porsche isn't risking anything with their golden goose. My money's on there'll be no issues.
FWIW on another front and I know GT cars are different, but for reference Ive been following GT3Ts on Porsche finder and BaT. Delivery mile MY 23 and 24s have been popping up with 300k asks +/-10k with stickers of 220-239. BaT, where sales figures should be taken with a grain of salt, the last three MY23 with 500-3,800 miles have gone for 292k-335k. Two of which were PTS. I think maybe the purists are jumping in on the perceived last of an era.

Right, maybe people are waiting on the sidelines and looking for feedback from the early adaptors to beta test before pulling the trigger?

No ADM. I got it from a dealer in a smaller market that Porsche considered to be in my area. I live closer to NYC and northern NJ but all those dealers wanted 30K+ ADMs for a Targa. The build did have to be over $190k, with $5000 in Exclusive Manufaktur options, but they were real clear about that up front and there were not other requirements to buy anything else.
