I'm sure this tune adds turbo boost, injector pulse width and advanced timing. Does anyone know how much boost pressure is increased?

There are literally dozens upon dozens upon dozens of different adjustable tables in the ECU for the 992. With our expertise, we have reverse engineered the ECU and have written software, that in a nutshell, can adjust fuel, ignition advance and retard, boost, throttle response, etc. among other things. The right combination of these adjustments creates a drivable, safe, and reliable tune. Based on your mods, octane, environment, driving style, etc. a tune can be changed and tailored.

Guys, if you're on the fence about this, just do it. I got mine today. I need more time with it to give a full report, but first impressions are very positive. Like others have said, the installation couldn't have been any easier. Took literally exactly 6 minutes. Had two minor faults (PAS and something else, can't remember) that self-cleared after a short drive.

First impressions are in line with what others have reported. Drives very similarly to stock when driving normally, but makes itself known in a big way when you put your foot into it. My dragy wasn't charged (of course), but the acceleration is extremely impressive just based on feel. You can feel that extra torque in your backside--I mean it pulls HARD. I'm not a launch control kind of guy, but I tried one just for kicks--a tad more wheel spin at first, but it hooks, and when it does....good lord does it go. I was shocked to be honest.

Does it turn your Carrera into a TT/S? No. But it does make your Carrera better...and for a couple hundred bucks less than something like "Air Vent Surrounds in Leather" (apologies to those that might have that option...no offense intended).

According to the dynos they provided, this tune seems to give more dramatic gains with the S than the base Carrera. I wonder why?

I forgot to mention: total elapsed time from emailing initial file to M-Eng until receiving calibration file back from them: 16 minutes (!!). Thanks, gents

The GTS is still hard to come by!
If you have one in the South Florida area, let me know and we'll get it on the dyno!

Does the M Engineering Stage 1 provide live map switching on the 911?
