I would recommend it just because again where I live there are places I scrape a tiny bit in a jetta, the back end or very front, even at an angle, and going slow. I will definitely use it all the time, here, but I guess I should have asked where this person lives, it they do not have any hilariously tall entries and exits to businesses, homes, restaurants in their daily route then its not an issue, I also will use it because of bad pot holes and rough roads in Santa Fe and other parts of NM

I'm wondering what percentage of new 911s are with their initial buyers after one year?

From what I have seen via CarFax, not many. There are a lot of flippers out there.

I got my car! I feel like owe future owners a review between my 23 T Manual and my 21 S PDK but all I can say for now is I sat in 10 miles of Chicago traffic so not much to report other than I love the car. It's a long weekend so we'll roadtrip to do the break-in and I'll try to be more thoughtful when we're back. I'll be doing some mods but likely a little different this time around. GT3 side skirts, exhaust valve controller, and then I'm going to install the new roof basket from Porsche along with their silly accessories (gas can, water can, shovel).

Oh and I definitely need a recommendation on which wheel spacer is the best, I'm selling my HREs.

My take on P car ownership: I'll keep the T for a daily driver at least 5 years and I'm currently looking for a track prepped used Cayman for HPDE events. For under $60K I have found a lot of great cars to go beat on the track instead of my DD.

I came real close scraping today on a steep parking lot entrance…maybe just kissed it a little. But that unpainted front piece is easily replaceable. Not going to sweat it and can live without another gadget on the car.

Default Missing TYD Pictures

My T started manufacturing on 25th and completed on 29th. Missing the 2 pictures from the assembly line. Anyone missing pictures ?

I’m not OCD but this is driving me nuts.

If it is reported as being completed just yesterday it may take a few days. I, myself, only ever got a single TYD photo and my car finished mid-May. I likely won't see more of it until I (hopefully) attend European Delivery in October.

A few others never got all their photos, but they got their cars so I think they let it go

Hope that makes sense?!
In my first day with the car, I will say that when using CarPlay, it killed my iPhone battery. I have wireless CarPlay in my f80 m3 and that barely makes a dent in the battery. I know one day isn’t enough to make any real conclusions but I will probably, at least, have a charge cable handy in my 992 T.

Violent Rioting throughout France!!
Anyone planning a factory collection of their car then driving through France, beware!
The rioters have burned hundreds if not thousands of cars and are targeting luxury vehicles!!
No idea how long this could last
