992 Carrera T Club
I was going to include the TT as well as many Porsche people seem to enjoy it and the TTS but I was trying to keep the over all price for a daily under 50kish

Question: what is a good T-like daily? I have and love my T but I need to replace my daily driver and I don’t want to use the T so often quite yet. What do you think is a comparable daily driver? The closest I can think of are the Honda Civic Type R and Acura Integra Type S twins.
Life is too short to buy a 2nd car to prevent wear on the 1st, unless the 2nd vehicle gives you more enjoyment. From a monetary standpoint, the depreciation you save on the 1st vehicle, you spend on the second, plus you have storage, maintenance, insurance, registration and other costs.
At the end of the day, the numbers are probably really close, and the smiles per minute in a car you love, vs one that you like… it’s priceless.
Edit: especially as you want to spend $50k or a bit less, just take the $15-25k hit in depreciation over the next 6 years and put miles on your 992T. GO FOR IT!!!

Find yourself a nice used one... That's what we did. Let the first owner take the depreciation hit, and on Audi's there's definitely an early depreciation hit.
As someone who dailies a 991.1, and will daily the 992.1T, just suck it up and daily the T!

That makes mathematical sense, however, I like my hobby-cars to be as close to perfect all the time, both in condition and cleanliness. It would pain me to drive a dirty, water spot stained, door dinged 911 every day. And I live near NYC and often have to go in. Don't even get me started on parking garages. Frankly, I'd argue that the depreciation is much higher under those circumstances.
Ha, I’m paying $1,000 a month for Manhattan parking. Yeah, I pay for the special, guaranteed no-scratch, valet service. The funny thing is my Ts have been spending the most time in NJ because of the awesome driving roads in the backyard of my NJ home and my E63 has been collecting dust in that parking garage.
Where I live its pretty open, with good roads to drive, and deserted roads an hour from the city, and mountain driving in the summer/winter if you are brave enough to drive on straight ice and snow haha

get any old Porsche 911 or Boxster. Get a used 2017 BMW mx 5 m for like 40k with an amazing interior, worth way more than the 40k price,
get a Jetta, or Mazda mx-5 manual, or any old Mazda mx. get an Acura TL Type S, or Nissan 370Z, I would go for a BMW Z4 tho
Also the best T like car would be the 992 T just drive your T, you got it to drive so enjoy it and use it as much as you want

Today's mods were an experiment and not sure I'll keep all of them, just wanted to see what they looked like.
Wanted to try yellow DRL covers for a while and when ordering, I got the black-out rear reflector covers too, which I really like as they clean up the rear. These will look great on your black car @ECNJ ! The wildcard was that I got red covers for the front side markers but they look awful and would likely get me pulled over. Trashed them and will probably get a set of lightly smoked just to darken the side markers a bit. I will take the car out later to see what these yellow DRL's look like but so far I like

Love it. I have the Performance Package which has 440HP and comes with other upgrades including suspension and brakes. Mine reminds me of my old E39 M5 but with AWD and on stilts. I never considered BMW or MB products. I need clearance and there is only one car that I would replace it with... the Dakar.
