As the Violet Ace inches closer, almost 900 (!) pages after I started this thread… a question for all: What option do you most regret not selecting on the “T”, and which one would you now not select?
Nice question indeed. Started this thread a while ago:
I went wild on the red. Dials, stitching, interior trim, belts, leather shells with red centers. Topped it off with the fire extinguisher. Of course the outside of the car too. I always wanted a red 911 and I got all the red they would give me
Can’t wait to see all those detailed interior pictures!

Love it! Always handy in such a car. Can relate.

Love the combo even more and I already liked it without seeing it. I never liked the “911” logo idea and I only think you should have add the yellow tach/chrono. Perfect car!
Went on a nice roadtrip this weekend to France and Switzerland and driving back on the Autobahn. Now at 8294km so that’s 5153 miles. Just brilliant car. Utterly brilliant.
I'd go gloss black. I recently painted the GT Design wheels on my Macan Turbo
How do u like your Macan Turbo? I currently have an AMG GLC that I love but will likely replace due to high mileage. Been thinking about Macan, but my GLC is darn fast and solid. Did u consider a GLC also? Since it’s u, I’d like to hear your opinion if any.
Has anyone seen an instrumented test of the 992T yet?
In the 991.2T, there was a minor unspecified boost in HP/Torque over the base, wondering if the same holds true for this model
Yes, Not sure what thread it was on, but there was a read out of HP/Torque numbers of a "Real World" Carrera T done recently. The HP numbers as stock showed an actual read out of 405hp. Which is 20 more than Porsche publishes.... I think the base may also be over 400hp, so not sure if this is unique to the T or if it is just Porsche being very conservative as always with their numbers. Either way the 992 is a over 400hp car for sure.
FOLKS. Has anyone come up with the OEM part number for the rear emblem in agate gray? Debating having a new one installed over PPF or just using the plotted program to cut around it already in place. TIA.
I did this, I have the receipt with part #s at my house, if you still need it tonight I will send you a pic.
It was pretty easy for the parts department lady to find it. It's actually 2 part #s, one for 911carrera and one for T, which came out to ~$215 CAD for both, well worth it, makes ppf way cleaner, fewer edges to worry about.
I'm currently packing up to head to Atlanta tonight for delivery at PEC tomorrow... And even though I was at the dealership on Friday, I neither thought to ask, nor did I bother to look while I was playing in the GT3 Touring on the showroom floor - USB ports - are they USB-A or USB-C? Want to make sure I bring the right cables with me...

I was not anticipating to be this impatient already... I'm only a little over 1 week into the waiting process post dropping off for shipping and already trying to figure out if I have any shot at making the next 2 boats. I don't know why I had convinced myself that the buzz from the ED trip would last me at least a few weeks... but I can confirm that I only made it 1 week lol. I WANT MY CAR BACK!!!
@tourenwagen Bro! Where are u? Haven’t seen u here and I’m starting to get bored. Post a pic of that red hot machine or something. If u vanish, then I will too.
