Well, since I work on Wall St. I’ll continue with these gifs. @tourenwagen it’s all ur fault, ha. I now find talking with these animated gifs more fun than typing up text.

I was just looking over the "standard equipment" section of the T and noticed this regarding "comfort access". Anyone that has collected the T have any experience with this?
Specifically, doesn't seem very 911. But also, the rear hatch isn't exactly something you'd be strolling up to with your hands full with the the need to open for storage. Front hatch, maybe, but then you'd still have the latch to move over. I'm assuming this is true for Cayenne and Macan, but not Carrera.
I’ve got comfort access on mine and a real fan, although they do work slightly differently to other brands offering. The main difference is when leaving the car, on others I’ve had as you walk away the car locks. With the 911 you still have to touch an indent on the door handle for it to lock. The part of the pack I am struggling with, is the opening of the front hatch,it takes a very specific rub of the cars nose to open it, sometimes I seem to get it spot on, other times I’m standing there with an armful of something looking for the elusive spot to wave across. I’m sure in time it’ll get easier and it’s just me. However, having said all the negatives above, as a walk towards the car and it offers me the door handles, still tickling me a month on. No grappling for the keys in my pocket, I just leave them zipped in a pocket, jump in, start her up and off to find some great roads.
One slight concern I had when I first started driving my manual T was the potential embarrassment of stalling while pulling away from the lights alongside a BMW containing a bunch of mocking teenagers😱
However, in spite of not driving a manual for 15 years, I haven’t stalled once!
The comment below from a 2020 Motor Trend article sums it up perfectly.
Link to a very good full article about the 992’s manual box below. ‘Manual boxes in 992’s seem like they feature a pseudo anti-stall mode: For example, hesitate in engaging the clutch fully as you attempt to creep up an inclined driveway at 1 mph, and the engine might thunk into what feels like a full-on stall. But you need only to stab the clutch pedal again to refire the flat-six, and you don't need some pro race-driver level of sensitivity to accomplish this feat. It demonstrates Porsche's mastery of control inputs and its forethought of such matters, which mesh together unlike any other car on the market today, regardless of price or vehicle segment’!’

Is PTS available on the T? Were there any PTS cars of the 991 gen?
When I was offered my allocation a few weeks back I asked about PTS as I'd originally reqested a PTS colour, the SA said that the factory wasn't offering PTS at the moment but they thought it would be available around October / November time. I was given the option to pass on this allocation and see if I was offered one later in the year and maybe get a PTS choice then.
I weighed this up against another price rise being likely before the end of year and that would mean I'd have to cover the PTS extra cost plus the price increase. I love Oslo Blue but not at £10-12k by the time the price rise was factored in. I was also worried that it I skipped on this allocation I may not get a later allocation for a T and then have to switch to an S which is more expensive and isn't really specified to my tastes (No sport chrono or PSE without adding as a cost option ) and with no rear seat delete.

Take the allocation and find a good shop to wrap your car in Oslo Blue-it'll be cheaper and you'll have your car.
