Can't make up your mind between a GT3 RS and a T ??

This video might help, but it's in German, although I've translated the intro......

'Porsche has its latest model, the Carrera T, on the road, and it is powered by a basic engine of all things. However, the new one comes with a manual transmission, it is lighter and throws out the back seat.
The T is the sporty entry into the Porsche world. The absolute spearhead is the 911 GT3 RS. It is also coming onto the road now, but costs almost twice as much as the Carrera T.
On the one hand there is a three-liter boxer turbo with 385 hp, on the other hand there is 525 hp from a four-liter naturally aspirated engine. AUTO BILD has tested them and shows who has the edge in the end'

I hope that is a translational error.

Twice the cost and a pedal short.

Ha ha, all just for fun. One connotation of a Don is a distinguished gentleman, and, although admittedly boring, that’s about the only meaning I may ever resemble. Thank goodness.

I've been on again off again on my T order, now may be on again with a 24 allocation. Question though - I'm not sure I want the non-folding carbon buckets for a street car. But I like the opportunity to get the buckets on a 24. If I were to get the buckets, anyone interested in swapping them for the base T seats plus some cash? Would the green T interior pack be a mistake if I didn't intend to keep the buckets? I'm thinking about white with green T interior. The alternate is yellow with the standard black interior. Thoughts?

I'd consider swapping by Green T 4 way seats for buckets.

It's not a simple swap. According to the dealer, the rails are different and I believe they need to be coded. Not sure what it takes to remove the rails. I was quoted some ridiculous amount to do the swap.

Are perhaps buckets manual and 4-way semi-electric seats? Ignoring rails for a moment, which should be bolt-on… The wiring loom should be the same, so dealer would have to enable 4-way and disable bucket seats.

I have not seen a scanner (enthusiast diagnostic tool) that handles 992 model, so has to go through the dealer.

Some things in life were just certain. Like your avatar. The world is changed now. But seriously: with that name and avatar people just take you more serious. If you say something about the 911 everybody would believe you. Mindf0cks

And I see one on Ali:
Nano Ceramic Car Coating Products 50ml Graphene Coating for Auto Paint Accessories for Care Detailing

Come on now. Seriously? I know I say here that I like to watch my budget but would I apply a $10 product from Aliexpress? I’ve seen that site pop up sometimes when I do a google search, but looks like all junk? Ha, maybe I’m wrong.

They claim it to be 9H product.

OK, I made this vid for my family/friends. Wasn’t planning on posting here. Ha, folks probably starting to get sick of seeing pics of my T. If so, u can just ignore this post. But take a look at the shine and brilliance of the paint in some of the pics. It’s Nano. Stopped by Ferrari US HQ building last night to meet a friend with a Ferrari SF90. Had to do it. Streets were empty. Went side by side off the line. I took it to 5K rpm 1st to 3rd. Hung in there better than I thought it would… after that…forget about it, ha.

I’d be interested but needs to have no special color to the stitches. Also, why 6sigma username? Many moons ago I became six sigma black belt certified.
