Good morning everyone from Ohio. Shane_b's post reminded me of a question I was going to ask a while ago. By the way great looking interior my friend love the red stitching. There were many of us asking about the stitching on the boot and the steering wheel when we optioned the carrera T package in lizard and chalk. We all know now that it only comes stitched with the deviated color if you option the deviated stitching package. I am thinking that if I could order the boot for the shifter with the deviated stitch in lizard green I would do it in a heartbeat. Has anyone done this and if so the part number. It would be good for us to know the part numbers for both alcantara and leather. Thanks in advance.

From those 17 only 3 are manual. Sure, there are people who don’t like manual, but for the T, manual just makes sense. I would have expected the opposite split with most Ts ordered as a manual. Strange.

That’s exactly why I called them idiots. Nothing wrong with wanting PDK or backseats on the T. Don’t get me wrong. But all dealers ordering them in this “dealer spec” with grey exterior and interior is a fail to me. Especially since the S and 4S and GTS are easy to get allocations for here. The press car was a guards red manual without backseats so that says it all as well.

I think the average buyers here are not as passionate as in other countries. So they enter the showroom and they buy the car. Don’t care if it’s a T or S or whatever. And nothing wrong with that either. So I just take back calling them “idiots”. We understand each other here.

I think you need to change your golf bag and get one with red contra stitching. It’s either that or swap the car for one that matches the golf bag’s colours?!?
