This 911 is a sexy car.
Maybe it’s the big hips, maybe it’s the low front, maybe it’s the beautiful curves or maybe it’s the combination of all that?
Anyway I’ll stop now as I’m getting all emotional and if my wife sees this she’ll get jealous.

Collectively, they’ve designed some famous concept cars. When together, we talk cars non-stop. SEXY is exactly how they describe the 911. They all love the design of classic Ferraris, Lambos, Bugattis, Porshas, etc. and often use the word sexy. When it comes to the modern iterations, they always say the 911 is currently most sexy. Every one of them owns at least one 911. One fella still owns 4 versions. They love how they went wide on the 992 rear end like the 930 turbo. Bringing sexy back…ha, like that Justin Timberlake song. For me, it’s my first Porsha…thought about getting a GT4 but then came to my senses. U are spot on with the design description!
When I bought my first 993 C4S (widebody), someone made the observation that it looked like a woman in a certain compromising position, especially from the rear. I haven't been able to shake that image out of my head. I don't really want to. The 911 truly is as beautiful and sexy as a woman's body. Some are skinny. Some more voluptuous. All beautiful.

-911 is sexy as hell- turbo engine feels great even while keeping it hello 4,000 RPMs, mostly.-
it's still drives like a 911. Lift induced oversteer. Lol
- exhaust needs more volume. I have the car graphic valve controller to go in. I hope that's enough but I don't think so.
- My GTS 4.0 sounds way better.
- Cayman Probably handles better too. More on that later. Most of my driving was more or less highway and some back roads.
-I definitely like the manual 6-speed better than the 7 speed.
- speaking of seven speeds, it's very easy to accidentally go into third instead of 5th. Speaking for a friend.
Good feedback. Gorgeous day in NY for cars and coffee! I hope some of what u describe can be improved with mods…probably. Have fun at event!

Fellas. A lot of posts on the audio topic. There are ways to improve sound without breaking the bank. Talk to some local stereo shops. I have Burmester in my Benz now. It’s high quality indeed. But I wasn’t going to pay Porsha tax for it on 911. I plan on spending $2 to $3K for satisfactory upgrade. Suggest talking with a lot of shops.

Also, my first time PPFing a car. Called a bunch of local shops including specialists and detailers. Local taxing they do is outrageous. Folks would be shocked to hear what I’ll be paying. I visited shop, looked at their current jobs…chatted cars with shop owner… we connected and hooking me up on price!

As more deliveries occur I bet things will get much quieter around here. People too busy driving!

My car made it to Emden. Waiting for a boat to Houston now...no idea what the schedules look like for that.

1st time poster - currently have a deposit down on a 911 T. It's taken about 5 months of spare moments to read this thread from the start to where it is today but wanted to be 'up to date' before I posted on here.

I placed the deposit back on 21st October 2022 and at the time the dealer advised I was something like 7th in their T queue and that they were unsure how many they would get alocated so it may not happen. I've now had an update and am up to 2nd in the queue at the dealer so hopefully I will get an allocation soon. I did ask for PTS at time of order but I've since given up on that as a posibility. I'd set a price limit and the recent price increases have probably also put PTS out of reach now - If I was by chance offered a PTS slot that would certainly test my resolve for sure.

I did also order a 911 S back in late July 2022 but was told that could take anything up to 2 years. I do still have the desposit in place for an S as a fall back if dor some reason the T doesn't happen - apparantly I'm 8th in the dealer's S queue as of now but a T allocation is my preference to be honest.

As per most on here I have probably configured about 50 versions of my order. I've still not decided on the final colour but have a shortlist of 2-3 and am just dropping into the dealers every now and then to scope the shortlisted colours.

I was at the local dealers last week (Mid Sussex - UK) and they had a 911 T that had just been delivered - looked GT silver on Carrera ED wheels - anyone on here by any chance?

Out of curiosity, what are the odds that there will be a .2 of the T?

I think we'd need to wait a few years for that. Previously the T has been virtually the last iteration of each gen of 911's

I have read various statements stating that the current T production would end in 2024. Why I am inquiring.

TBF I'm just guessing but all reports suggest 992.2's will start arriving later this year. Will Porsche run two separate production lines, one for 992's and the other for 992.2's?
Who knows, but seems odd they would do that.

The .2 reveal is allegedly to take place in September/October 2023. No clue when production would commence.

Someone from the dealership told me that the T will only be produced in 2023. As in Jan-Dec 2023. One year only.
