How are you guys tracking what ship you are on again? I missed the boat on those posts.

Mine arrived at Emden on Friday and was listed to be on a boat on Saturday which obviously hasn't happened. From what I remember, TYD has always shown step 8 the day after step 7. My dealer's screen had different dates of course - getting to Emden and leaving on 5/12, arriving in Houston on 6/2. None of the shipping schedules I've seen have any ships leaving for Houston so we'll have to wait and see if someone posts an updated schedule. I would take the TYD shipping dates with a grain...

Two things are going on. First - by looking at shipping schedules we are all trying to guess what ship we might get on. Go here PWL Group but the one that's published is now really old (week 7). So that is kind of useless until it is updated. Second - once it is on a ship your SA can tell you, or you can find it via the TYD hack. F12 (dev options), Network, Preview --> under your USM there should be an ident: tag that shows the IMO number of the ship. You can use that on Free AIS Ship Tracker - VesselFinder to track progress.

Yep, trying to temper my excitement, but I’m not doing a very good job. Siem Confucius is currently anchored outside of Emden so my car is definitely not getting on the boat today. Damn TYD!

Thanks for sharing! Agree, especially for a dealer. Wanted to confirm I’m getting a steal….I am. Mine says give me 10 year guarantee. I hope he’s around for that long. Some of the shops in Bergen county up to $3,500 just for front! They should be arrested….

Thanks for the reply. Now I know what to expect. It is a shame that option is removed. I liked the fact the steering column automatically moved away from the driver on shut-off allowing easier exit from the vehicle and, importantly, helped protect the seats from being rubbed on exit and entry. I guess now it is only the seat that moves backwards.

TYD just updated my Emden departure date to 5/11, which I assume is when Siem Confucius is departing the port. Currently, Siem Confucius is anchored outside the port because, I’m again assuming, it’s ahead of schedule. Fingers crossed my car hits the water on 5/11!

BTW, my car was supposed to be delivered April 1. Still don’t have it. And didn’t receive a second THIS IS NOT A TOY model toy…

Same story for me. Car finished production on 15th April and arrived in Emden the next week. Still there like @Pivot Really getting fed up now.

Have you seen all of the colors in person? I ask because there are several I would choose over lava. It’s all personal preference of course but it’s worth it to spend some time going to a few dealerships to look at cars or at least samples in person.
