That’s the kind of photo that could make a person fall in love with gentian. Love the purple. Reminds me of cobalt blue, which was the color of my favorite 996, many 911’s ago.

I absolutely loved Gentian... I personally just didn't want to have two cars back to back the same color, but If I get a new daily anytime soon to replace my Cayenne GTS, I think I would go with a gentian Sport Tourismo or a Gentian Cayenne... Such a great color.

If you don’t have the leather package on a 911 a lot of parts are plastic and synthetic leather. And you don't get the stichting on the dash and upper door parts.

To me combining the inside and outside of the car was always a dream on the 911. Red calipers and red seat belts or yellow calipers and yellow seatbelts. In the Netherlands we also have the yellow license plates to tie it all together. Both the red S brakes and the yellow PCCB are not available on the T so that dream will not come true on the T. So I can really understand if you paint them afterwards. Will just look magical on the Ruby with yellow calipers and yellow belts. Super controversial. But even more beautiful.

I'm wondering if the green T interior will add enough color and uniqueness to offset the bland white.
A white 911 T is a dream especially with the agathe decals from the T and that beautiful contrast green along with the black interior. Can’t have it much better than that. GT silver as well. At the same time all bold colors look perfect on a 911. So can’t go wrong with yellow either. But would prefer white with the green more for the T-ethos.

Any aftermarket CF bits we can add to the interior to further dress it up?

You can buy the Matte Carbon fiber Trim available on other 992s and have it installed on the T...

Is that the one that comes on the GTS? If so, it's nice.

Yeaa... I don't see any reason why it couldn't be swapped out.

Got two allocations:

Dealer #1 - no purchase/service history
Jun 2022: Deposit for 992 base waitlist
Oct 2022: Switched to T
Jan 2023: T allocation @MSRP

Dealer #2 - no purchase/service history
Oct 2022: Deposit for T waitlist
Feb 2023: T allocation @MSRP

I had a yellow 718 with yellow seatbelts, it looked fantastic and I got hundreds of compliments. Yellow was also the launch color of the 991 T and looks terrific on the 992 too. For a 992 T I would prefer the white with green T interior, it’s an homage to Carrera RS from the 70s and to the most recent 991 R.

Does anyone else think it would look odd to have folding front seats (not LWBs) with no back seats, given that there is obviously a place for back seats? Also, if you are paying for an interior package or different colored belts, you aren't getting a discount for skipping half of the seats and belts. I'm on the fence on this.

Wow it looks like many got their allocation quickly! Thanks for sharing.

I made my deposit Nov 30 and I’m told a year wait, which seems like a stark contrast to getting an allocation Dec. Perhaps I was late in securing my deposit? I have no history with the dealership either. Does electing for European delivery change allocation times? Anyone going for ED?

Regarding PPF will y’all get full coverage for your 911 T or just the front? Or just ceramic coating? Or nothing?
