The roads in south Florida are straight and flat; better suited for your F8 for the straight line excitement factor.

I have a vacation place in Pompano Beach, and there's nothing exciting about those roads, except for the lane reflectors on the I-95 lol.

I started last in a group of 23 cars and passed every one of them. I wasn't counting, my instructor was though. Here's a pic from that session

Again a non issue. Improve your driving. It's you, not the car LOL.

I agree except the F8 Tribiuto NEEDS the twisties much more than the Porsche does. They both need more than straight line roads for sure but the F8 is INSANE in the twisties and turns.. and will out-handle the Carrera by a landslide, of course. Very sad that I live in a boring roads area with too much traffic with the cars I have. I still make it fun though.

My driving is more than fine thanks.... but I'm just trying to find the capabilities of this car... sounds like you need to experience more cars to be able to understand that what you think its 'extremely capable', is not. It's pretty good and acceptable though so far. Just let's not get any delusions of excellence just because you own one

what the hell are you talking about? Are you unable to think and speak objectively about cars? like the real truth? Facts? or are you just one of those that can't handle any true statements or criticism because you own one and desperately want/need it to be the best at everything. Grow up and open your mind. You'll be surprised at what you learn and experience.

I don't think anyone is arguing that a 2 seat sports car that weighs significantly less, with significantly more power and a significantly larger price, is faster and more exciting.

I just can't figure out why the conversation is happening at all? Nobody cross shops a T and an F8 🤷

The T is a different car, for a different purpose, at a different price point... So yes, it drives different.

I wasn't trying to compare at all... I was only talking about the Porsche and discovering its capabilities... Only responding to a post that said the F8 would be good for straight line roads etc..thats the only reason I mention the F8... jeez.. EVERY car or even supercar has facts and truths about them, both negative and positive... but to ignore them is being oblivious or ignorant.. there are definite criticisms and negatives about all my cars and every other car.... but I am not in denial about them or get offended when they're mentioned.. its a GOOD thing to know what's true and real about each car if you're a real enthusiast and driver.... this is why many of us have multiple cars and multiple brands... I have the F8, the Porsche, an AMG GTc Roadster, a Diablo VT and a Rubicon... ALL have positives and negatives, capabilities and deficiencies..... I thought this was normal thinking and factual? Seems to be that there are a few users here that get a Porsche and think, wow, this car does everything to the Max and is best in all categories and if anyone says different, it hurts my ego and dream and I'll call them a troll.... just weird. but I still find it amusing... cos I 'get it'
