I'm confused about the non leather interior bucket inserts. That's what I ordered and I thought the insert were a checkered sport Tex, not race Tex. That's not the case?

Buckets come with "Race-Tex" inserts.

You're correct. I dug up my build spec from when I ordered the car in Aug 2023. Odd that it changed but I can't say I mind tbh

specifically says it on the information tab on the options info. I knew that so I went ahead and had new ones made in the black/grey S/T style. Picking it up tomorrow or Monday as PPF is finally done.

I’m not following… there was another option when ordering LWBS? I thought it was only perforated Racetex?

I think I kicked off the issue of what seat center material will be used for the "Full Bucket Seats"
From the configurator, the option information for the leather interior package notes that the seat centers will be in sportTex. If FBS are in "conjunction with" the leather package, the centers will be in black RaceTex (no mention of perforated).
The option information for the FBS option describes the seat centers as black, perforated, raceTex
I have seen non perforated raceTex/ Alcantara centers FBS before, and we have seen a non leather T with the perforated centers.
So, I and apparently others, wonder if FBS centers in conjunction with the leather package will be perforated or not. I am not aware that it was or is optional.

Yes my seat is pictured. I specified option YA (Leather Int. in Black w/ Checkered Sport-Tex Seat Centers) but with option Q1K (Full Bucket Seats) = told to ignore the “Checkered Sport-Tex Seat Centers” as they didn’t come with Q1K.

Mine was a late March build and I picked it up last month.

So for a non leather interior it's checkered sport tex? I hope so. I was planning to change the inserts to some P1 designs, but checkered sport tex might be good enough to leave. Or Clubracer, are you saying the way it's listed is incorrect and your seats were race tex after all, even on the non leather interior?

I have non leather interior and the car showed up with perforated race tex while my build sheet says checkered sport tex. Maybe they ran out of checkered race tex towards the end of the cycle?

I would expect any full bucket seat for the T to use perforated raceTex centers, regardless of standard or leather interior. Examples have been shown.

Any non full bucket seat (the 4 or 8 ways) will be in checkered sport tex regardless of standard or leather interior.
