HREs…Beyond jelly now. That’s not fair. Actually starting to hurt looking at ur pics. Most of us are just trying to gain possession of a stock T! Ha, hurts so good!!
Stop teasing. 1 more pic please showing both front and back wheels and T side decal (ha, I guess decal would be a given if so)…..

The specs of my T are: Guards Red, T interior package, rear axle steering, extended leather (dashboard, door panels, sun visors, and steering wheel), front axle lift, glass sunroof, electric folding mirrors, 18 ways seats, surround view, LCA, LED matrix headlights, exclusive design taillights, rear seats, sport design side skirts, and a few others.
Unfortunately, the car has a long way to go as I live in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Burning Brakes
Just returned form my Porsche Experience day at Silverstone F1 circuit.
Drove a (test car) manual T for the full 3 hours on a variety of circuits including skid pans and other surfaces.
The instructor was brilliant and has ***** of steel, telling me not to brake yet but continue accelerating when approaching a corner when I was convinced we were gonna spin!
I've driven Boxsters and BMW M cars but this car's limits are so extensive that to get anywhere near them you need to be at least a semi professional racing driver.
Sunny and dry conditions.
Other observations...
1) The sound of that flat 6 screaming in your ears at 8k revs is something else (I'm still running/breaking my car in so hadn't heard it yet)!
2) Quoting my instructor, driving a manual round a circuit is more challenging, but also more rewarding when you get it right.
3) Even when braking heavily from 60-0 seven or eight times in fairly quick succession didn't result in any brake fade.
And finally...Given a choice between an S and a T the instructor would get the T. Says it just feels a bit more 'alive' and on a fairly winding curvy track like today's the times are virtually identical.
If your Porsche purchase includes a Porsche Experience Centre, you must ensure you actually use it, not everyone does.
In fact about 25% of attendees paid to attend the course in order to try out different cars before deciding which model / options to buy.
And finally finally...
In the small entrance museum they had my favourite Porsche of all time on display. It had raced at Daytona and Le Mans, was rescued from the USA and repainted from red to GT Silver.
Valued at £3m and identical to the 'little bastard' 550 James Dean sadly died in.
It's a beauty!

Brilliant experience, innit?
It is incredible, what this vehicle is capable of, in the right hands, or under professional instructions.

I disliked shark blue until I saw it in person on a sunny day; then I changed my order to it.
The photos I've seen (and taken) all make it appear more saturated and darker then in person. Especially with iPhone HDR photos.

@Pivot Did you get all 4 production pictures, I'm missing the last completed lift shot?
@NewTo911’s, I only have 2 pics: front view from the body/paint shop and front left view with an open bonnet. I would like to see the side shot, so I can check the tyres.
Also, I got another email today advising me that the vehicle will be transported to GB shortly. So, something is happening at Emden.

I’m sure will look even better then, but gap right now doesn’t look too bad. Red with gold rims combo nice. Actually, can’t tell on phone if gold or bronze. Looks sharp either way. Dig the lips. I’m thinking about getting bronze rims on black. I think the T decal adds a lot to overall look…glad u got it. Ha, not to keep mentioning the wing. Look forward to seeing more mods.

@Pivot very strange as I was convinced ours arrived there at a similar time. SE was surprised mine had been there so long, he normally expects them to be transported within a day or 2. Perhaps some issues this side of the channel too.
Yea! It is odd, @NewTo911’s
According to the 1-month old schedule/printout, my car should have exited Emden on 21-Apr and then Exit Sheerness on the 5-May. So just maybe it is catching-up to the original schedule.
