Do our cars come with some type of screen protection? Is the thing to the left lower central screen on Devon Racer’s picture above, that looks like a piece of sellotape, any thing to do with a protective film ? My car has the same. I don’t want to peel it off without knowing what it is.
@Green_Tea My new car has the same the sellotape look on the left which is under the plastic protector. I have no reason to remove it as it prevents the screen surface being scratched. I have a wonderful soft cloth (non scratch) I bought in the states (Wisconsin) that I keep in the car to wipe these surfaces no marks yet on my central console.
The plastic by the footrest I have left on my new car but I noted when I photographed yours there was no plastic by the footrest, but then you had the aluminum pedals.
Hope that helps I suggest you just leave it. I am sure it is meant to be there as protection otherwise why did the OPC not rewove it?

I think that the screen protector is just for transit. I peeled mine off as I hate this sort of thing (I peel prices off bottles of ketchup 🙄 but the dealer left it on as a lot of folk prefer to keep them.
By way of balance, I hate the thought of PPF and have not even got as far as a ceramic coat so I am firmly in the keep it forever patina clan.
A wing on a T is a little like putting on a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes on your girlfriend and taking here out for a dinner at Outback Steakhouse and getting a bloomin onion. Both are great just not together. 😜

Oh yeah, finally…Wonderful news, so excited for you. I might have to spin by to see it. I live up the road about 15 mins north off Airport Pulling. It will be easy to spot, it will be the one with the big bow!

I don’t know why it happened. They just denied my build about a week before it froze. If you have been accepted I’m sure you’ll be fine. Can’t wait to see it.
One of our Florida dealers mentioned there is a good probability of a recall on the lightweight glass. He offered no specifics on what glass parts might be recalled. I'm hoping that does not turn out to be the case. The thought of tearing out glass holds no appeal. On better news, the T sailed through its one year and 5K mile service. The car has been wonderful with no issues and impressive performance. Best to everyone, except the guys lucky enough to get Gulf Blue! My PTS was rejected.
