If you find out, please let everyone else who lives in a CARB state and has a 992 locked up in a port know. The present "Estimate" is 12/04. But this date has been pushed back so many times now that your guess will be as good (and maybe better) than anyone else.

A week? LOL, others have had cars waiting in port for EPA/CARB since August...latest guess is 12/4 release for CARB...wouldn't hold breathe tho...

I knew I should have moved to a free state like Florida this year.

EPA certification wasn't received until November 12th, so not great even for people in non-CARB states. But certainly less pain than what folks in CARB states are now experiencing.

Well, Porsche's loss. This is a play car for me and I haven't paid for it (minus a small deposit). It's still sitting on their books.

My dealer earlier today here in NJ confirmed the same date of 12/4. Time will tell..

This is what I’ve been seeing consistently on TYD since last Friday morning when the car was supposed to arrive at the dealer on Long Island. Of course, it did not and has not. The lack of communication and transparency in this process from Porsche is inexcusable. How on earth do the dealers put up with this?

My TTS has been in Davisville since early October ...... seems silly that the car is OK in some states, including being driven into CARB states, but we still have to wait for this nonsense to BUY one in CARB state.
But think of this craziness: dealers in NY, NJ, CA, etc CANT SELL ANY PORSCHE SPORTS CARS!!! The dealers should be losing their minds ..... how can you not buy a new 911 in LA, for instance?? This is NVTS (to quote a great movie)

I’ll give it a try. Just emailed my dealer to let him know I’m not happy having a $140k automobile sitting outside in the salty air for 2 months. Not what I signed up for.

It’s a joke. It did reset back to an 11/20 arrival. Hmmm. Wasn’t that 3 days ago? But thanks for your assistance. It’ll be interesting to see the dealer’s response to my email.

I know someone posted on Thursday that the Monroney stickers were printed and it was a good sign. Since they weren't approved, I didn't know if that was important info or not. I guess the bottom line is, we're all still waiting.
