that looks amazing!!! Well done!! I personally hate the piano finish surrounds for that very reason. Looks great until you touch it. Who produced these for you? Is it a carbon wrap?
It's a carbon wrap. Its matte black. I took picture last night and the flash made it look more gray than it is.
agree, love the look and would like to do the same. If you did this yourself which wrap did you use and did you remove the pieces to wrap them.
I also see you didn’t wrap the top piece, I guess because of the screens. Could cutting around the screen so it’s still visible still work?
well done. Think I will have to do the same.
I wrapped it myself with some 3M DI-Noc wrap from Amazon. I removed the pieces which was surprisingly easy to do. I started to do the top till I realized the screen would be covered.
I actually thought about doing it and cutting around the screen but it seemed difficult. I didn't want to cut it before because of making sure all the lines ran together (OCD) to look like
one piece. And, I didn't want to try and cut it after installing it for fear of cutting or marring the finish. The thing I like most about it is that it fills in the gaps (OCD) that was in the original trim.

Ok you sold me, I will order some and see how it looks, have some ideas about how to do the screen, so will play around and come back to you with how I get on.

I got my first annual service done today, along with state inspection. The dealer also did the two outstanding recalls: WKJ9 Assistance Firmware, WKK1 Passenger Speaker. I knew that my passenger speaker was fine, but it was nice for them to check. It was just these two campaigns, because I had the other recalls addressed when they swapped on the summer wheels back in March.
Now, I'm ready for action and the next 10,000 miles, 4,000 of which will be this month! Thank you, Porsche Warrington!
