90% of my tools in my two Snap-On boxes are Snap-On Brand. One day when I am in the dirt, someone is going to get a helluva buy as my wife has NO IDEA what the box and contents are worth. LOL. But I learned many, many years ago when I was racing motorcycles that quality tools are the only way to go, no regrets.
Beautiful garage. I envy you. Worked in shops for many years putting myself through college and beyond so I understand and appreciate your comments on the superior quality of Snap On products. But, there are two distinct schools of thought on buying expensive tools centered on the buyer and the tools use. That’s the garage of my dreams. Asking Santa for a lift or Quick Jack?

I have had two mid-rise Lifts in my garage before, but that was when I was doing a lot of track days (20x a year) and needed to swap out brakes/rotors/bleed and to R-Comp tires the night before. I retired from Instructing at the track so I don't need to put the cars on the lifts much, and I tend to drive newer stock that is under warranty. For track days - when I want to go, I rent a car at the track or do a BMW Performance School, Porsche one, etc. When I do have to put one up, i grab the floor jacks and jackstands and do it old school. Lifts are great though, nothing like having one when you need them and use frequently.
As for quality tools, Snap-On Flank Drives can break out fasteners that other tools round off. I learned that a very long time ago. At age 68, most my tools are close to 30 to 40 years old, they still perform flawlessly and have paid for themselves many times over.
Dr. Collie, I never said your torque wrench was no good. If you read my text, I said, with respect, do not use it to determine what something was torqued to. As to whether SnapOn tools are worth the price, YMMV.
Has anybody installed the 992 GT3 side skirts on their car? I am thinking about them but I am wondering how difficult they are to install? Do they require drilling holes The Suncoast site I was looking at does not really say anything about installation.

‘easy and no need to drill. You utilize the original mounting and hardware. Hardest part is aligning all the mounts while installing by yourself since it’s a long piece. Would be beneficial if you had a helping hand during installing.
A proper torque wrench to do the oil filter cap on the 992. I did not have one that could measure 20 ft. lb. This is a lovely, lovely, lovely tool. Plus, I could not ask Santa for it (wife) because she has no business knowing what Snap-On tools cost.
Not to beat this to death, but I wanted to share this nifty tool I snagged that converts ANY breaker bar into a precision torque wrench. Not bothering much with my other ones. Just an FYI

15-20 min job with the car on the ground with standard hand tools. Too easy.
2023 GTS Cab should be here in a week or two but already have the clear turn signals and of course I needed to buy a shark blue model (but it is a GT3) the GT3 Side skirts will be ordered soon. I didn't buy anything for the garage but I've already updated the graphics to match the new car from my old 2015 S. Also I happened to order the "ultra sounds" picks from TYD and the configurator to add to my office.

Where might one get one of these?
While we are discussing torque wrench accessories, have you ever experienced a bolt head or nut that you cannot get your torque wrench on because of limited space or clearance for the torque wrench’s ratchet head? Motion Pro makes an adapter that allows you to solve the problem by mating your torque wrench ratchet head to a combination wrench, open or box end, if space/clearance is limited. See attached.
