That's right. To leave room for the factory to pump out more GT3 RS.

You will get the GT3 back in 2025 as 992.2 I believe.

Yes, told the same by my dealer. No GT cars. Not sure about the GT4 RS though?

My car was unloaded from the port in Baltimore and scheduled to be at the dealer tomorrow.

I just got bumped 8 more days. The car is 60 miles from the dealer. WHY...?? I've been bumped so many times, its not even the fact that its one more bump. Its that the last 60 miles is going to take 8 days?!?!

I'm just at a loss for words now. I could literally hop in a car and be at that port in an hour and its gonna take 8 days to get to my dealer. This has gotta be the most frustrating car buying experience I've ever had by a long shot.

Also likely due to a port installed part and not so much the travel for delivery.

makes total sense. I just wonder what part would even be the hold up. Any idea what type of parts would hold a car at port????

Well my SA emailed me this AM. Its not a part. Its the travel.

To be clear, the port is roughly 70 miles away. They are holding my car until the next shipment arrives -- to save on transport costs I'd have to assume.

I find this to me extremely frustrating, yet hilarious at the same time. When I look at the MSRP on the car, its hard for me to imagine that they are going to make me wait an additional 7-10 days to save $100-200 bucks...but here we are. I hate to be dramatic about it, I mean I started this process in April of 2021, so another week is nothing -- but man has the end of the road been awful. 5-6 weeks sitting in Emden, now another week to save a few bucks. Very literally a few bucks.

Congratulations are in order for me, I've reached the 3rd CP8.0 production complete date TYD has given me!

And it's still not complete and stuck at "scheduled for production" in the factory somewhere

did you get the email and stuff that acted like the car was completed last Friday? I got that this Monday, (including 2 production pictures), that the TYD overview shows the car as complete even though it never reached CP8 status. And now CP8 was moved out another 2 weeks from today.

I didn't. But you're giving me hope that maybe TYD is just hopelessly broken and my car is actually making progress.

Or the opposite where it “looks” like my car was completed, but in reality it’s as delayed as yours. Even the SA sees the car still in V260 status still. It’s almost even worse. They have no idea why I received the completed emails.

Well I spoke too soon. After receiving these two photos, my completion date moved from January 12th to Feb 04!

Wish we could find some
commonality with these delays. PCCB, Aero, PTS, ending destination, etc….

I’m supposed to start production today, 1/13-1/20…hoping for the best! 😬

Curious how your dealer knew it was delayed for travel? My GTS was port processed on 1/7, released for transport on 1/10, but doesn't seem to be on a truck while another member who was on the same boat and going to the same dealer was en route on 1/11 and looks to be at the dealer today. My TYD still shows an ETA of 1/13, but that looks doubtful. Can't believe it would miss that truck going to my dealer but who knows.

I am pretty certain my delay is due to Bose.

I blame this on my SA as originally I did not have it checked. He talked me into it....
