I'm really beginning to hate TYD. According to TYD and my SA, my car was put on the SFL Conductor October 11th and left Emden the same day. The ship supposedly delivered my car to Jacksonville yesterday and moved on towards Houston, but TYD still says it won't be delivered to JAX until November 4th. And being that I don't sleep much my mind can play games with me in the middle of the night when the demons come calling, and I sure don't need TYD adding to it. Is it really that hard for the stupid thing to be accurate? Like I've said before, either fix it or get rid of it. I'm getting close to needing to pay for and insure the car which means moving money around and making phone calls etc. etc. And it would be easier if I had an accurate timeline, not to mention I'd kind of like to know where my $200K car is and what's being done to it. Truth be told, buying my Panamera last year without TYD was less stressful. Ah well, hopefully Porsche will get it straightened out for people in the future, cause this current version stinks.

I’m in the same boat (or “off” the same boat).
My SA doesn’t have any additional information about when my car will be at the dealership.
Last November my coupe arrived at the dealer 4 days after being offloaded. So I’m optimistic that my new cabriolet will be here very soon.
Smirnoff67 you'll learn that TYD is more of a shotgun approach of informing you. "Sort of correct". IMHO I'd just ask the sales manager to look at his tracking system for your best source of information about your car and forget the TYD app. My car has been V210 and accord to the sales manager it will go V230 then V250. Even though I've "locked" I really haven't. LOL!!

Thanks bud....I've learned it alright. I have a tick when it comes to faulty software and the like. A couple of my businesses were franchises and it almost never failed that when the Home Office came out with a new software package for this or that, it would have bugs even though it was "beta tested." Then the whole Network would be locked up, call System Support for help, then sit on hold for hours; and depending on how bad it was it could be days before it would get fixed. Not a proper way to operate a business. But I digress. TYD needs help and hopefully it'll be fixed or simply shut down. My point is, if a Company is going to offer a product or service, it needs to function as advertised. Guess I'm just old-fashioned. Can't deal with stupid, lazy, and nasty any more.....it's most of the reason I retired.
Alright folks, my time here comes to an end. The car made it safely home today on day 358. Here are a couple potato photos in the garage now but hopefully in the next few weeks I'll take it out for a proper photo session. Lots of home reno currently so apologies for all the crap laying around.
My SA saved all the key tags while the car journeyed through its travels which I thought was a thoughtful gesture. Tags from Sindelfingen car drop off in Germany, Port of Emden, Port of Baltimore, and finally the local dealer.
And if anyone is interested here is my timeline:

many congrats!! being at the same dealership where you bought your car and waiting, I am hopeful.(my SA is sam) enjoy your new blue shark!
A buddy of mine just picked up a 992 C4S Cab in Carmine Red so I had to have my Unicorn go meet it. Said buddy let me take his new toy on a spirited drive and now I have a deposit on a Carrera T in PTS Meissen Blue. Wow, these 992's are amazing!
Anyone else receive like 4/6 emails from the Porsche ordering system saying "congratulations your order is created" my order locked 3 weeks ago. Seeing if there is a system problem or a problem with my order? Sent a note to my SA but I keep getting an error. . . anyone else?

I’ve been receiving the same thing the last couple of days so it must be a system issue. I lock in 8 days and getting the same messages as you.
My Porsche reset to Phase 1 from Phase 3, but TYD says "Ärrival Emden Port", definitely a glitch in the system.

Same here with emails and TYD. We froze about the same time as you.
