I got the original notification that my car was scheduled for production on March 17, Got the VIN the following day. My dealer confirmed that the car entered production on April 1st and was completed on April 5th and that it is now at the port (assuming Emden).
However, the app still showing step 2 (scheduled for production) and I haven't received any of the production pictures.
Anyone is in the same situation?

It's sitting at Emden now waiting to be put on a ship.
It took about 5 days for the pictures to show up and for the app to switch to step 3.

Mine went into production on 2/14 and didn't complete until 4/12. I presume there was a shortage or delay on some of the options I purchased (there's been some availability issues with PCCBs I believe).

Web browser is better, you don’t get the hi res pics in the app.

Same here, tried ordering in Austin and San Antonio, $25k automatic market adjustment. Glad we own apartments in NJ and NY, contacted those dealers nearby, are on the waitlist, and no upcharge for local residents. Still about 1 Year wait though...but enjoying my 981 till then...

TS, mine is Carmine red with black interior not guards red. Guards has a lot of orange in it while Carmine is more a true red. Getting tons of compliments on the Carmine from people who see it in person. Sorry i don't have more pictures.

First time Porsche buyer. No Porsche dealership in the state so contacted a dealer in one of the neighboring states. Surprisingly, I was placed on the waitlist for 992 GTS (#5 on the list) without any deposit. No ADM. Order demand generated (V070). I offered to put a deposit but SA said that they are not taking deposits as of now as they don't know when are they going to get the allocations. I was told that approx. wait time from order to delivery will be around 16-18 months. Most of the other dealerships I contacted asked for deposits and ADMs in the form of cash above MSRP or some accessories (Porsche watch etc).
Is it normal in these circumstances to get on the wait list for 911s without a deposit? Should I get myself on an additional wait list with a deposit at another dealership?

That sounds awesome, the no deposit does sound kind of sketchy to be fair. What happens if someone comes in and goes "put me on the top of the list, here's $10k?" You lose your spot.
I had put down a deposit on a 911 C2, but had to get take it back to pay taxes, which turns out to have been a mistake since I totally had the cash to do it. But anyways, I'm moving out of state at the end of next month to Washington near Portland. Are there any good dealers in the Portland area I should contact to see about getting a car? I know there's Beaverton Porsche but I have heard not great things about the Seattle ones. Looking for a fairly low end new 992, C2S maybe. I'm not sure I could swing a GTS (even though that's what I really want).

How Long to Process my GTS
My 911 GTS began processing in Davisville on April 21st.
Does anyone know how long this might take?
TYD says 2 weeks but it seems like a long time.
